FAQs

Where are you located?

At present, The Bright Side is a virtual clinic only. All consultations are completed via Zoom or Phone. However naturopathic consultations and metabolic balance programs are available in Geelong, located at Remedy Lane, 138 Myers St, Geelong. Dermaviduals products are not sold at this location.

What happens in a consultation?

Naturopathic and Corneotherapeutic consultations involve comprehensive and in-depth medical and family history, diet and lifestyle analysis, and recommendations. From the information, you have provided a health report and treatment plan is established which sets your established health goals. Prescriptions and recommendations are based on reaching your health goals and will change over the time we work together.

How do I start working with you?

Book online if you are wanting to address your skin and health concerns and are prepared to commit to a treatment plan. Complete your intake forms where it asks you all we need to know about your diet, lifestyle, health history, and symptoms. Email pictures of your skin from different angles and send them prior to your appointment, this will help us analyse the health of your skin. Click on your Zoom link to meet with Krystyna and chat about your health. Then you will receive your customised treatment plan, complete with recommendations of dietary, lifestyle and supplement prescriptions, either dermaviduals topical skincare or herbal and nutritional medicine.

How many consultations do I need?

This will depend on your health goals and needs. Typically speaking will work together for a minimum of 3 months. We may meet together fortnightly, monthly or bimonthly depending on your progress and support needed. Skin health can be a bit of a slow process, so I do ask that you be patient and stick with your recommendations to get the most out of your consultations.

Can I claim on Medicare or Private Health Cover?

Naturopathy is not covered under Medicare.

Unfortunately, Naturopathy was removed as a service rebate with private health some years ago. This is being reviewed in 2022 and may change in the future.
