Shipping Policy

A flat rate of $5 is applied to all orders.

Tracking is provided for all orders so you can see where your order is at all times. Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days of receiving your order. If there are any delays we will be in contact with an update. If your notification of dispatch is delayed we ask that you contact is to give you an update on your order.

All orders are sent with Sendle and use compostable Hero satchels. Any bubble wrap is reused and repurposed.

Return Policy

If you’re unhappy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong product and wish to return it, please contact hello@thebrightsidehsc.com to confirm a return. Please ensure products are unopened and wrapped safely in bubble wrap to protect them on their way back to our address.

We will gladly refund your order once received and notify you of the refund.

Please note personalised products compounded cannot be returned unless a valid reason is provided. Contact hello@thebrightsidehsc.com to discuss your experience.
